Happy Mother's Day to my Mom, Grandmas, and Great Grandmas

Hi everybody,

It's been a great spring and I have been enjoying the weather before the Texas summer kicks in. Lately, I've been really getting into school and learning a lot. I'm picking up new words every day. I have really taken an interest in cars, trucks, and busses, like many kids my age. Since March we have been hitting the crawfish circuits. It's still a little hot for me to eat but I like playing watching them crawl around before they get boiled.

I'll be starting water babies soon, just in time for summer and I'm looking forward to that. Other than school and naptime, I spend my days on wagon rides with Daddy or story time with Mommy. I'm really looking forward to Memaw Gail's visit this summer too.

So less than two months until my new baby brother arrives. I can't wait to meet him and show him all the fun stuff I have learned in the last 15 months. I hope to see all of you real soon, but most of all I wanted to wish everyone Happy Mother's Day. I love y'all.

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. There has been so much going on and so much to fill you in on. The last time I posted I was just beginning to walk, but it didn't take long before I was running full speed ahead.

Since my last update I had a fun 3 months which included my first Thanksgiving, my first Christmas, and My first Birthday Party. I spent Thanksgiving at my Aunt Karen's in Atlanta with Memaw and my cousins Jake and Caleb as well. Mom and Dad filled the rest of the family in on me getting a little brother soon.

Right around thanksgiving I started walking and haven't looked back. Shortly after I started learning and saying my first words. Ball, Mama, and Dada all popped out early and I'm learning more every day. I had to spend a couple of days in the hospital in early December because I caught a little parasite when I went down to the beach that went undetected. I bounced back quickly though after a few rough weeks.

For Christmas, I went to Kerrville to visit Great Grandma Patsy, and Great Grandpa Paul. I got a lot of great new toys that I will surely play with for a long time. A big thank you to all who thought of me.

I didn't slow down in January either. I had a rockin' first birthday with a lot of my friends and a ton of Mommy and Daddy's friends over. I had a Winnie the Pooh cake just like Daddy said he had on his first birthday, although, I didnt step in mine. :)

Well I'm just waiting for it to warm up so we can get outside and play. In the meantime, check out my new video...
